No. vippj strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact our support team.

Most KYC verifications are completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. During peak periods, it may take up to 72 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your verification is complete. Make sure your documents are clear, valid, and not expired to avoid delays.

No. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. However, any winnings generated from real-money bets (not bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal processing. If you wish to forfeit a bonus and withdraw your real-money balance, contact our support team.

Withdrawals & Cashouts

Log in to your vippj account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours after approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank usually take 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before processing — this review normally takes up to 24 hours. Requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer.

The minimum withdrawal at vippj is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and the payment method selected. Fully verified accounts enjoy higher daily and weekly withdrawal limits. Check the Cashier section of your account for your current applicable limits.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses, a mismatch between your account name and payment account name, or a pending security review.
